To ensure the highest quality of customer service, we consistently follow the annually renewed ISO 9001:2015 standard. Since 2022, our operations have also complied with the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management requirements, and in 2024 we implemented ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – the international standard for information security management. These certificates confirm our commitment to operating responsibly, securely and professionally.

We actively develop and apply the latest tourism technologies in our daily work, including cost-effective ticket and hotel booking systems, as well as self-service platforms for business clients.

Partnerships and memberships

We are a member of the Lithuanian Tourism Association, cooperate with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and for many years were part of the international travel management network Hogg Robinson Group (HRG). Today, we are entering a new stage as part of the global Lufthansa City Center (LCC) network.
